Terms of Service - Studio Scale

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Studio Scale ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Studio Scale is a marketing platform that helps Etsy sellers optimize listings, generate social media content, and distribute it across Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook. The Service requires a paid subscription after the free trial period.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all listing content, images, and descriptions you provide. By using the Service, you grant Studio Scale a limited license to process and distribute your content on your behalf to connected social media platforms.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Studio Scale is not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Scale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
