We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and Etsy shop details during registration. We also collect listing data (titles, descriptions, images, tags, prices) that you upload or import for optimization and distribution.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide the Service: analyzing listing health, generating marketing content, and publishing to your connected social media accounts. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, and Stripe. When you connect these services, we store encrypted OAuth tokens to act on your behalf. We share only the minimum data required for each integration to function.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Convex (database) and encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data and listing content within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your listing data from the platform.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
